Rhizotomy Surf Products, LLC charges Shipping on all domestic Board orders within the U.S. We try to ship all orders within 48 business hours.

Shipping applies to Ground service, and to orders shipping directly within the continental U.S. Shipping for returns, exchanges, or refunds will be paid by buyer.

Please Note: There are no shipments of any orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped within the next 3 business days.

All Sale and Clearance items are final. No Returns On Sale/Used Or Clearance Items.


You may return goods (excluding sale, clearance items, boards and paddles) for any reason within 10 days of receipt of your shipment and receive a full refund. All items must be unused and in new condition, with all manufacturer tags attached. All items that are returned and received used or not in resell condition; will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense.

No return will be allowed without a written return authorization number (RMA#) and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Simply call us for an RMA#, mail the product back with an explanation for the return; along with a copy of your receipt and RMA# on package.

We suggest that you ship back returns with tracking and or insurance.
Rhizotomy Paddleboards is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages in transit.

Allow 1-2 work weeks from date we receive the return to process and credit the account used in original order.

In the event that an item ordered is out of stock or back ordered, we will contact you immediately.


Rhizotomy is proud to stand behind the products we make. We go to great lengths to continually evolve the construction and quality of all our products. For this reason Rhizotomy offers a 90 day limited warranty to the original purchaser against any defect in workmanship or materials. All warranty claims must be started through the Rhizotomy dealer where the original purchase was made or through the representative that assisted you with the purchase, example website.


  1. Valid proof of purchase from Authorized Rhizotomy dealer or through the website.
  2. Photos of board clearly showing defect.
  3. Serial # of defective product.
  4. Model of board with serial number.
  5. You must be original purchaser.
  6. Rhizotomy will decide if defect falls under warranty guidelines.
  7. Warranty claim form must be filled out and returned to your dealer within 7 days from date of which defect was discovered.

Limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damage or defects caused by impact with any material or object.
  • Damage or defects caused by use of products other than for the purpose for which it was intended.
  • Damage or defects caused by transport, loading, unloading, dropping, out of water handling of the product.
  • Damage or defects caused by non-recreational use, or rented through or at rental centers or lessons.
  • Damage or defects caused by excessive heat exposure including direct sunlight, extended amount of time in a car and / or board bag.
  • Damage or defects caused by waves or falling in surf conditions.
  • Damage or defects caused by previous repairs.
